As an accredited Clinical Safety Officer, I expertly navigate the complexities of DCB 0129 and 0160 regulations, ensuring that digital solutions not only meet compliance standards but also elevate patient safety.

 

Passionate about enhancing patient outcomes, I bring a holistic, compassionate approach to every project. Whether it’s working directly with patients or collaborating with clients, I am dedicated to building strong relationships and guiding you confidently through the DCB risk management process and beyond.

Eric is a certified Clinical Safety Officer and practising clinician with seven years of experience, specialising in radiology and critical care. He plays a key role in ensuring the safe delivery of digital health solutions across NHS and startup environments, contributing to EPR deployments, AI integration, and clinical decision-support systems.

 

His expertise spans clinical risk management, safety case development, and post-deployment monitoring. With a strong background in clinical education and digital strategy, Eric works closely with cross-functional teams to align product design with frontline needs and regulatory requirements. His approach ensures that technology is not only safe and compliant but also practical, user-friendly, and ready for adoption.

Brett Marshall, QA & RA Specialist

Brett Marshall is an accomplished consultant with over 25 years of expertise in Information and Cyber Security, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Digital Transformation. He specialises in guiding organisations through AI adoption, with a particular focus on the Health and Social Care sectors.


Leveraging advanced technologies to drive organisational growth and manage complex change, Brett has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that align technology with strategic business objectives. His technical proficiency spans system design, development, and integration, with a strong emphasis on embedding AI into business processes.

As a former Chief Information Security Officer and founder of multiple consultancy firms, Brett brings extensive experience in strategic planning, change management, and regulatory compliance. He is highly skilled in implementing international standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001, and is actively preparing organisations for ISO 42001. Brett also navigates complex regulatory frameworks such as EU MDR, FDA, and GDPR, ensuring robust documentation and effective risk management to maintain compliance.


Beyond his consultancy work, Brett pursues full-stack development in his spare time, continually expanding his technical capabilities and deepening his understanding of emerging technologies.
